wednesday 1 dec-

there was training in the morning as usual.. after our 4 track rounds ..we had to do the stairs thing.. then we did some ball drills.. after tt... miss puva made us juniors play against the seniors so tt they could practise their area defence(for their match later).. we, the poor juniors were forced to throw super short passes to each other to make sure the ball wouldn't get intercepted.. as u may have guessed..the ball didn't really get anywhere nearer to the goal post.. ok not tt bad.. but like finally lah.. all of us were panting our hearts out after only a few games..haha..

i could tell i perspired pails.. like at least5 pails.. even thru my thick bra onto my shirt. n i think there were flies around me too. but flies r everywhere in the smu/nie/ccab.. tt's where we train now cos the school is building some sports complex(tt's wad they call it)..

went home n slacked the whole day. got it??..good.
